Azelaic acid, also known as azelaic acid, has various effects such as acne removal, oil control, anti-inflammation and whitening, but azelaic acid has the characteristics of high melting point (109-111 ℃) and low solubility (0.24% solubility in water at 25 ℃ and poor oil solubility), which affect its application in cosmetics.
BeriCos® AzA-60 is a raw material developed by ultra-micro crushing technology and high pressure homogenization technology, and the particle size of azelaic acid is <1 micron (general cream/emulsion emulsion particle diameter is about 1 micron). It can be emulsified and incorporated into creams/emulsions to facilitate the application of high azelaic acid content in skin medications, cosmetics and care products.
Super micro azelaic acid has the following properties in product applications.
1. good stability: the diameter of azelaic acid particles is smaller than that of general celiac particles, which can be stably suspended in cream/emulsion system and not easy to be aggregated, precipitated and precipitated.
2. good skin feeling: super micro particle size, fine skin feeling, no particle feeling.
